All listings belong to our direct inventory, partnered layout developers, or managed portfolios. No brokerage fees are collected from buyers for direct transactions. Final transactional pricing is subject to registration fees and stamp duties in Telangana.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All materials published on BuyAcre, including text content, corridor descriptions, land maps, layout drawings, photographs, logo assets, design elements, and database schemas are the intellectual property of BuyAcre and are protected under the **Indian Copyright Act, 1957**.
You shall not scrape, extract, copy, or compile the property listings database for use on competing real estate portals or social media channels. Hotlinking or copying property images (especially drone photos and site survey markups) is strictly prohibited.
4. Fair Usage Policy
To maintain system stability, the use of automated scrapers, scripts, spiders, or crawlers is strictly prohibited. Aggregated search queries that consume excessive bandwidth or database connections may result in temporary or permanent IP blocking.
Lead submission forms and WhatsApp routing are meant for genuine buyers seeking land details. Users must not submit mock requests, bulk test leads, or unrelated advertising solicitations. Violations may be reported to the **Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In)** under the IT Act, 2000.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this portal or land bookings initiated through this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in **Hyderabad, Telangana, India**.
