Land Investment FAQs

Which corridors in Hyderabad offer the highest appreciation?

Historically, the West and South corridors (along the Outer Ring Road, Gachibowli extension, Shadnagar, and Maheshwaram) have yielded excellent appreciation due to IT corridor expansions and highway connectivity. Yadagirigutta (East) also shows solid long-term growth due to cultural and industrial corridors.

What is the difference between farm plots and open plots?

Open plots are typically smaller residential venture plots (150 - 500 Sq. Yards) situated in municipal boundaries with planning permissions (HMDA/DTCP) meant for home construction.
