2. NALA & FTL (Water Body) Buffer Zones

- NALA Conversions: Unless specifically stated in the property listing as "NALA Approved," lands in our catalog are classified as agricultural or farm land. BuyAcre does not guarantee automatic approvals for future NALA conversions.
- FTL (Full Tank Level) Limits: Due to environmental protection guidelines in the HMDA and GHMC Master Plans, construction or development within the FTL limits or buffer zones of lakes, rivers, or canals (Shikam lands) is strictly prohibited. BuyAcre filters out properties located in FTL limits, but buyers should independently cross-verify layout coordinates against irrigation maps.
3. RERA Disclaimers (TSRERA)
