1. Land Verification Policy
Unlike generic portals where anyone can list properties, BuyAcre lists a curated direct inventory. Each parcel of land undergoes a strict multi-step vetting checklist:
- Title Registry & Dharani Portal: We audit mutation logs, land extent, and Pattadar names on the Integrated Land Records Management System (**Dharani Portal**, Telangana).
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC): We extract 13-to-30-year transaction EC files from the Registration and Stamps Department of Telangana to ensure dispute-free link document histories.
- Section 22-A Check: We confirm the land is not registered under Section 22-A of the Registration Act (prohibited government, forest, or endowment land).
- Physical Boundaries: Our team inspects access roads, boundary stone demarcations, and FTL (Full Tank Level) coordinates.
2. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In accordance with Section 5(9) of the IT Rules and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints, listing discrepancies, or data privacy requests.
